About the role
This role will set and execute the National business development strategy to grow sales, margin and profitability. You will develop new and existing customer relationships, strengthen our market presence and work closely with branch teams to drive performance, capability and customer-focused outcomes.
  
About you and what you’ll do
  
You are a commercially minded sales professional who enjoys building relationships, developing people and delivering results. You understand the importance of exceptional customer service and can influence, coach and collaborate across teams to achieve business growth.

• Proven sales growth experience, ideally within electrical wholesale, trade, industrial or a related B2B environment
• Product or industry knowledge of Cable (HP, Med Vol, High Vol)
• Strong commercial acumen with experience managing budgets, margins, business plans or P&L outcomes
• Excellent communication, influencing and relationship-building skills
• A customer-first mindset with the ability to identify solutions and create long-term value
• A natural coaching style with a passion for supporting and developing others
• A positive, resilient outlook and commitment to safety leadership
