About the role
 
Maintain receivable accounts for customers by consistently applying the company’s credit policies and procedures to ensure that bad debts are minimised to improve the company’s working capital. We are looking for candidates on a permanent and contract basis, please address your preference in your covering letter.
  
What you would do in this role

• Maintain your own debtor’s ledger within company KPI’s
• Develop and enhance relationships on a pro-active basis with internal and external customers
• Apply collection procedures within company guidelines
• Initiate and coordinate collection activity daily
• Allocations of receipts daily
• Reconciliation of accounts
• Resolve claim disputes
• Adhoc reporting and ongoing support of the wider team

  
How can I tell if this is for me?

• Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in Accounts Receivable
• Proficient with computer technology and systems
• A positive and optimistic attitude
• A high level of initiative to support your team members – no job is too big or too small
• A strong sense of urgency - the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and pride in your own work
