About the role
Reporting to the Branch Manager, this is a hands‑on Storeperson and customer service  role focused on delivering an exceptional experience at every interaction. Our purpose as a team is simple: provide value, reliability, and flexibility to every customer, every time, ensuring customers get the right products on time and in full.
  
  
Duties

• Stock handling of inward and dispatch of goods
• Processing sales transactions, along with quality customer service support
• Pick/packing
• Stock control
• Customer deliveries in the company vehicle 
• General store work and housekeeping (including OH&S)

  
Skills & Experience
  
You don’t need electrical experience — just the right attitude and a passion for helping people
  

• Experience in trade sales, retail, hospitality, or any customer-facing role
• Drivers Licence
• Forklift Licence - ideal but not necessary 
• A natural problem solver who enjoys finding solutions
• Comfortable with tech and familiar with Microsoft Office
• Positive, energetic, and team-oriented
• Organised, proactive, and eager to learn
• Looking for a role that’s fast-paced, social, and full of reward
