Recruitment Direct UK Ltd is currently recruiting for a Network Maintenance Operative on behalf of our client in the Aberdeen area, with positions based in either Westhill or Inverurie.

Role Overview:

As a Network Maintenance Operative, you’ll be responsible for carrying out repairs on the Water or Waste Water Network, following investigations into customer reports or predicted issues. This role may also involve planned maintenance activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out reactive and planned maintenance on water or wastewater networks.
• Work effectively as part of a two-person team.
• Ensure health and safety protocols are followed at all times.

Requirements:

• Full UK driving licence (held for at least 2 years) – Class 2 HGV licence preferred.
• Physically fit – role involves manual outdoor work in varying conditions.
• Must pass a Drug and Alcohol screening prior to start.
• Must provide a clean Basic Disclosure Certificate (criminal record check).
• Clean driving licence required.
• Must be reliable, safety-conscious, and a strong team player.
