This is the most recent opening from an industry adored group, known for their fun and playful menus. This spot is their biggest yet, and is so busy and loved. They have a multi floor space, and a deli counter, plus the most insane view across the park. There isn't a better spot for summer 2026.
We are looking for a senior sous to support the kitchen. This is a day time only role, you would need to start early but be done by 5pm latest. Lots to be doing whether its working on production for the deli counter, cooking from the a la carte menu, or developing the menus. We are hoping for a big personality, who is a bit cool and is looking for better WLB.
