This is such an exciting new opening, set to open in June of this year. From a group that has some excellent little spots around London, this will be their biggest yet. The design is stunning, the food will be such great wine bar feeling food, but with a focus on seasonal food and quality. The group is known for having excellent coffee, and a truly wonderful wine list full of natural styles. 

We are looking for a GM to run this new wine bar and restaurant. You need to be confident with your wines, ideally natural leaning. You will be responsible for both the day time and evening teams, managing all foh, and the financials so ideally someone who has been a GM before.
