We are so happy to working with this partner, they are so on the money when it comes to culture and being warm and progressive. This new opening is their first restaurant, but set to be an absolute gem. Set in leafy Notting Hill, it will feature a concise menu and a takeaway option, but just such a cool menu, the food will be out of this world flavourful.
We are looking for a Sous to help this lovely new spot. You will have come from a management position, be confident in leading a small team. You'll help to develop the menu, and work on the fermentation, and pickling. Ideally we want someone to start ASAP.
