Hugely exciting opp to take the reins at this incredible spot from super respected owners. The restaurant has received so much praise since opening, the HC has got a stellar reputation working at the highest levels and the food here is exceptional – a big focus on produce and seasonality and the cooking is pared back but incredibly flavoursome. There is also a wine bar with a concise and thoughtful menu that operates on busier nights. The space is really beautiful, loads of natural light during the day and warm, candle-lit dinner service; and with the co-owner’s design background there are always lots of exciting collaborations and events.
  
The restaurant needs a GM with presence on the floor, someone that loves services and gets a kick out of looking after guests. Whilst leading the team and service are a big part of this role there is so much scope for autonomy and ownership if you’re an experienced operator. Someone that can help drive the business forward with new ideas, collaborate with the owners and wants ownership of the whole operation. The management team is pretty structured, one manager oversees beverage and another helps out with reservations and systems so finding a GM that can help develop and oversee the wider team is a big focus here and of course that means there is help with the day to day admin too!
