This restaurant is one of our favourite restaurants there is, its such a simple, intimate and beautiful restaurant, that focuses on quality through and through.  From beloved founder who we love working with, known for their quality over trend mindset, such purity and excellence in all they do. 

We are looking for a Sous Chef to come on board and complete the wonderful kitchen team. Pasta skills would be a massive plus, but mostly just passion for incredible food, and cooking with the seasons. We know how special this group is as people come back time and time again, and all the senior management team have progressed from junior roles to where they are now.
