• Oversee the re-launch of this incredible restaurant on the Surrey/West Sussex border. 
• Look after the GM and the rest of the team to ensure they are well cared for and are able to deliver an incredible experience. 
• Look after all aspects of running this ambitious project. 
• Report to the passionate, ambitious owners who will give you a huge amount of autonomy.

We are very excited to be taking this project on this summer. We love everything we know about the project so far and are really hopeful to be introducing them to someone super ambitious to lead it. They have a GM for the restaurant who will be responsible for overseeing restaurant service. Your role will be to oversee all aspects of running this restaurant, then rooms, then more in the months to come.   

Would suit a GM from a good sized restaurant or Ops Mgr with restaurant experience. Probs not quite suitable for a Ldn commute realistically, so would likely be someone locally or willing to relocate.
