We are really excited for this new opening, set to open Spring 2026, in gorgeous leafy West London. This is a genuinely authentic original concept, incredibly cool and will be such a slick trendy operation. The food will be hyper cool, paired alongside natural wines with a focus on cool climate wines from Germany and Austria. 

We are looking for the opening GM for this amazing new spot. You can be an ambitious AGM looking to step up, as the founders will always be on hand and will support you in anyway needed. The main thing is just being a real service and evening lover, as this will be a late night spot. Think Berlin meets Notting Hill....
