One of the most carefully curated, design led, and arty bar and restaurant is opening a new concept. This will be a fantastic space, for locals and residents. A canteen, deli and bakery with such a homely feel, think hearty soups, olive oil cakes. We know it will be physically beautiful, but also what is to come out of that kitchen is going to be just wonderful we can't wait.
We are looking for a head chef to open up this new concept. You will be responsible for the daily changing menu, looking after the team and all back office. The food should be simple, and cooked beautifully, nothing pretentious or fine, very home style cooking. You will work 45 hours, and this is just a day time role.
