One of the most carefully curated, design led, and arty bar and restaurant is opening a new concept. This will be a fantastic space, for locals and residents. A canteen, deli and bakery with such a homely feel, think hearty soups, olive oil cakes. We know it will be physically beautiful, but also what is to come out of that kitchen is going to be just wonderful we can't wait.
We are looking for a head baker to open up this new concept. You will be responsible for putting together an offering of around 7 products, lots of pastries, and breads but also cakes. Keep it simple, very classic flavours, and no frills or extras. We want a simple classic baker who is excellent technically. You will work 45 hours, and this is just a day time role.
