This is one of the most exciting GM jobs around. After an incredibly successful opening from these massively respected business owners, they are looking for a new GM to take the reins as the business continues to go from strength to strength. There is an established success here and the GM focus now is on implementing and refining structures behind the scenes to ensure continued success. There are several areas of the operation to oversee and a big emphasis on beverage so some experience in a wet led background would be ideal.

The existing management team here are experienced and thought of really highly by the owners. They need a GM that can lead an experienced team and that wants to get stuck into service and ensuring standards are maintained. The main focus, however is on implementing more structure behind the scenes and coaching the existing teams to continue their growth.

This is a big job that requires someone with the experience and energy to take on the challenge. The first few months will likely be pretty busy whilst you get settled and begin to systematize the operation. The owners want someone that can lead the business autonomously and take accountability for its success.
