The Role As General Manager, you’ll have full ownership of day-to-day operations. From building and developing a high-performing team to managing financials and delivering outstanding customer experience, this is a hands-on management role where you’ll be the face of the brand.
You’ll bring experience managing teams in a restaurant or, even better, a QSR environment, and you’ll be confident overseeing menus with multiple modification options. Experience in new-site openings is a plus but as you’ll work closely with the Operations Manager its not essential.
