This restaurant is such a trailblazer when it comes to open fire cooking and big flavours from the sea. We have worked with this group for forever, they are big when it comes to people and L&D. You can expect a buzzy bustling open plan kitchen, its busy here but also so vibey. Music is intertwined with the food here, its a big part of who they are.
We are looking for a super strong and kind GM, who is excellent with high volume, and team management. Ideally you will have come from a similar size restaurant, in a management position. This would suit really senior AGMs looking to move into an indie at GM level.
