Exciting new head of pastry & bread production role for one of London's most loved bakeries and restaurants. This role has a lovely amount of kitchen / office balance, and so its a brilliant position for somebody looking to split there time between the two.
You'll be a collaborative, practical and organised leader, with brilliant hands on experience in another leading bakery. You'll also need to be hot on numbers and enjoy the challenge of improving efficiencies, whether that's streamlining wholesale production or tweaking product development.
You'll report into the Ops Director and will be an integral part of the management team, really supporting the pastry and bread team in continuing to produce the most delicious, nourishing goods for the customers on site and further afield!
Traceability and ethics, together with their sense of community around food is something that they want to focus on going forward, and so knowledge and passion around this subject would be mega.
This is an very exciting opportunity for an experienced baker who loves wholesome, relaxed food and thrives off working in a busy independently run business.
