If you love poring over a spreadsheet, delving into your stock discrepancy reports or sorting out the back of house set up of your till system then this is an amazing and very exciting role for you!

This is the first role of its kind for our partners; they currently work with a payroll provider and an external accountants team and you would be a key point of contact between both. Your day to day would include anything from categorising invoices and expenses on Xero, creating weekly flash reports for sales and costs, managing cashflow and supplier payments, dealing with VAT and PAYE payments as well as helping the team on the ground maintain and improve their current workflow systems. This role would really suit someone that is super switched on when it comes to numbers and finances and you absolutely must be an excel whizz!

This restaurant is so beautiful with stunning interiors and is a favourite for large groups and private events too. The female founders have a keen eye for design and also have a retail side of the business alongside the restaurant, so several revenue centres do oversee.

The restaurant is really busy and there is a large team, this role would be based in the office but you would be present in the restaurant most days and would work collaboratively with the head office and senior management and assist with general office and behind the scenes organisational admin too. We’ve worked with this business for a little while now and made some key introductions so know that it is a collaborative operation and one that prioritises the development of its people.
