This beloved restaurant is set to open their new baby sister later this Spring. You can expect plenty of cooking over fire, whole animal butchery, nose to tail, offal, a variety of skewers, and plenty of other fun at the new casual site. The OG is still to this day one of the most exciting 1* restaurants in our city, and we adore working with them.

We are looking for an exec chef to look after both restaurants. You must be a fairly senior head chef who knows how to manage their time well, wants to learn and cook exciting new food, possibly learn a new cuisine, and most importantly is without ego, and a lovely warm, kind chef. You would split your 6 shifts over the two restaurants, work on menu development for both, and would have 1 admin day a week to do so.
