A new neighbourhood restaurant is opening in the heart of East London. With bold, vibrant interiors, authentic regional food, low-intervention wines and a excellent cocktail list, this place will fly.

They're a progressive, people-first group that truly back their teams. Internal growth is a big deal here, making this a perfect step for RM's ready to move into their first service-led AGM role. We’re looking for someone who adores service and guest interactions, is super hands on and makes both guests and teams feel at ease. AGM experience is a bonus, but this role could also suit a RM looking to step up , what matters most is your love for hospitality and your drive to learn and grow, and that you thrive in a busy environment. 

During the day time think steamy windows and queues out the door, and in the evenings a more refined offering, that's still relaxed but will 100% have a vibe! 

The role can be either a 40 or 45 hour contract - you choose. They'll be open for lunch & dinner Wednesday - Saturday with the intention of adding on a day or two later down the line.
