This group is known for being truly people and L&D focused. This bar is their sweet little spot in Soho that has an excellent cellar full of natural wines and iconic producers. Its a nice change to have somewhere in Soho that is truly focused on wine above all else, but they do still serve excellent snacks and small plates.
We are looking for an AGM/AM who is energetic, warm, a strong leader, organised, and above all has a great eye for attention to detail when it comes to wine service, and a great bit of wine knowledge. You must be pretty hot on your natural wines, but can be an RM who is keen to progress to their first AM role.
