This role would be so perfect for a passionate and organised GM or AGM to take on one of the biggest and best restaurants in town. The team here are so really diverse, talented and caring. They share delicious team meals together each day and this place has always offered an excellent training ground for people with varied background and experience. Everyone in this restaurant cares about what they do and each other.
