We're looking for a brilliant Sous Chef to be a part of the opening team for this new site in the heart of East London - this neighbourhood is full of the very best hospitality businesses, and so this is a great opportunity to be a part of this growing group whose ethos is all about celebrating and supporting their people - lots of room for progression. 

The fit out is super vibrant and fun which matches the concept perfectly! The open kitchen has all the kit - a dream place to be serving out delicious food. The offering covers the lunch time hustle with a more intimate , equally buzzy setting too. Think steamy windows, and a real comfort food arm to the menu as well as a more exciting and refined offering, still relaxed though. 

A love for seasonal, beautiful ingredients and building meaningful relationships with suppliers is a must - as is being a creative chef, capable of inspiring & managing shifts and supporting the HC - the kitchen team will be around 8 people. 

They'll be open for lunch & dinner Wednesday - Saturday with the intention of adding on a day or two later down the line.
