A rare opportunity has arisen for an exceptional General Manager to join a gorgeous restaurant an hour or so from London. (Accommodation on site is an option!) This is a chance to really input into an elegant and considered project working with the best producers and ingredients, to create memorable restaurant experiences. 

From the setting to the fit-out, to the wine list, every detail of this restaurant has been carefully put together and beautifully executed. Regen philosophy very much as the core of everything they're doing and so we're looking for a GM who understands and is passionate about this philosophy as well as somebody who  thrives on elegance, consistency, and the very best standards. 

This is a hands on GM role, you’ll be hiring, building and inspiring your team, curating the wine list, overseeing the P&L, as well as leading by example on the floor. Experience with openings would be great as there is potential for future projects on site, and so multi faceted experience is also a big plus!
