As HC, you’ll be responsible for leading the team and running the kitchen in this very busy spot. You’ll work directly with the Operations team as well as the Exec Chef with a collaborative approach taken to menu development. The food is colourful, complex and exciting and is some you'll find in London, championing the best ingredients from the best suppliers.
  
You’ll be used to working collaboratively and thrive in busy and bustling kitchens. You’ll be responsible for leading the team, financial management and ensuring H&S compliance. You’ll love leading a team, particularly sharing your knowledge and fostering growth.
