An exceptional and institutional restaurant, looking for a strong sous chef to help lead. Collaborate with the owners on the menus and share the load with other senior chefs. Known for helping to introduce authentic & regional Mediterranean cuisine to London almost 3 decades ago. Work with the best produce around to create delicious dishes that reflect seasonality and remain true to the heritage of their roots.
This incredible spot traditionally shares HC responsibilities so you’ll be working alongside the owners, who are both chefs, and another senior chef to manage this incredibly busy restaurant. Work directly with the founders day-to-day and lead a team with great LOS. There is loads of flexibility on the rota too so this is the kind of role that should fit around your life, rather than the other way around.
This restaurant is known for its incredible team and culture and as such the owners are looking for someone that wants to join their team and stay for years to come. The kind of place where no-one truly leaves and everyone is welcomed back - a real family feel.
