This brilliant, successful and loved three story space is looking for an RM to take the lead on running the restaurant. The GM oversees the running of the whole venue, which encompasses both a large bar area, the restaurant and even a terrace. Your role would be to ensure the restaurant team are organised and well looked after, the training is incredible and the guests within this area are super happy. This restaurant is putting a huge amount of focus into their produce and it's origin. They have a huge goal in relation to being recognised for their sustainability and you would be a key part of helping them get there. 

You should be an RM or AGM with restaurant experience and someone who is great with training and mentoring teams and a real focus on exclelent service. Wine knowledge is a real plus, but lots of brilliant training is also offered.
