This really excellent neighbourhood restaurant has been a very important and highly regarded part of the dining scene for a few years now. Some of the industry’s best leaders have come through here. They have a wonderful reputation for good leadership and consistently excellent food and wine, amongst industry professionals. Nobody doesn't love this place. 

You'll need mega AGM experience , or already be in a GM role for this one as they're a super busy spot and so this person needs to hit the ground running. This role will hold a mix of the usual GM responsibilities on the floor and with the team. They also have some very fun projects / trips which you'll be getting involved with. 48 hour week, closed on Sundays.
