This super exciting new-ish project is looking for a strong sous to join the growing team. This place is fast gaining a reputation for excellence and with more exciting plans to come and very invested founders this is a really great opportunity to help build something from the ground up. You’ll be working with chefs with exceptional cooking backgrounds to deliver fun-filled experiences for guests in buzzy, brasserie surroundings.
  

Still in the flush of an incredibly successful opening this role will be really focused on service and managing the team so you’ll be an enthusiastic and energetic leader that loves to be in the thick of a busy service. The restaurant has been incredibly successful in it's first few months and is now navigating the switch from hot new ticket to established operation so there is still scope for input as the business continues to evolve. You’ll be comfortable working in high volume environments and leading the team through service and will be eager to support the Head Chef across all aspects of kitchen management. This is a multi-faceted operation so you’ll be happy to jump in where needed as and when required.
