This is a really exciting new opening and one for pizza lovers! This already successful business is opening their first restaurant early 2026, it will be a large and buzzy spot with a short selection of the best pizzas and a few sides and salads available too. The vibe here is really suited to the wine-bar next door so it will be a fast-paced and casual operation that will appeal to the already large fan-base of the wine bar and serve wines made by the owners. The menu will be taken care of (by one the best around!) so your focus will be overseeing the wider kitchen operation and leading the team.
  

The owners are really involved and very dynamic and genuinely want to create the best restaurant that they can to suit their existing business and the wider team. There is already an existing team which will take care of the FOH management so they just need to find the right partner BOH to bring the vison to life. The owners really care about their team so are aiming at 45hr a week contracts and will continue the tradition of their annual trip to their winery in France!
