This pub group is known for its gorgeous food, focused around local and regenerative farming. They have such a great ethos, they even have their own farm that supplies the majority of their produce. We love this group, it’s the coolest pub group around, fantastic drinks, fantastic wines, gorge interiors, it just doesn’t get any better.

We are looking for a Junior Sous who is experienced in cooking at large volumes, are passionate about British produce, like to cook seasonally and are keen to learn more about regenerative farming. You will be based at one of the pubs in West London. 48 hours a week, mixture of shifts, and you will be paid overtime for any additional shifts. This is so exciting for someone who wants to grow and work at a mega influential pub, work with the coolest people in the industry and focus on produce led cooking.
