This new opening in West London will be the first UK outpost for this well-established and excellent group of restaurants based across the channel. The owners of this group are super dynamic and value input from their teams. This role will be fully creative and you will be entirely responsible for the menu. A grounding in the classics is ideal for this role as the style will be Parisian Brasserie/Bistrot and the menu will change frequently and feature daily & weekly specials too. The founders want the Head Chef to work autonomously although there will be a lot of support from the existing business and support office teams up for grabs.
  
The restaurant will be in a brilliant spot in West London with an outdoor terrace, a large dining room and space for private events too. This will be a big opening and a high-volume operation with a large team, around 30 BOH. The restaurant will be open 7 days a week so you’ll have the opportunity for a good mix of shifts. Aiming to open in summer 2026 the owners would love to have the senior team lined up early in the new year and have got some excellent, overseas training planned.
  
You’ll be responsible for all the usual HC responsibilities but the focus here for the owners are creativity and being a strong leader of people. It will be a large team to manage and you’ll be responsible for training and development as well as fostering a positive working environment. Someone that loves being in the thick of a busy service will be totally essential for this role and in an ideal world you would be a French speaker too…even if a little rusty!
