We are really excited to be working with this new opening. A premium casual dining spot in central London, but with a unique concept that we just love. They are a group of hospitality professionals, and have got the help of some of our industries legends to consult on the opening so we can only expect perfection. This will be a busy and high profile opening, so we just know that joining this team and heading up the restaurant is such an exciting opportunity.

We are looking for an experienced high volume GM, who is great with volume, and can lead the team in a bustling buzzing central Ldn spot. You will need to be great on the floor, but equally as strong on all admin. Hot on financials, have a good understanding of how to manage a business and most importantly be lovely, warm, and a truly caring manager to support your team through the opening. You would come on board during the pre open to recruit your team, and implement all structure and systems, basically the role is yours to shape. Dream!
