This pub group is known for its gorgeous food, focused around local and regenerative farming. The menus are stunning, and they now have a few pubs in London, some in the countryside and lots more plans to grow! They have such a great ethos, they even have their own farm that supplies the majority of their produce. We love this group, it’s the coolest pub group around, fantastic drinks, fantastic wines, gorge interiors, it just doesn’t get any better.
We are looking for Sous Chefs of all levels, who are experienced in cooking at large volumes, are passionate about British produce, like to cook seasonally and are keen to learn more about regenerative farming. You will be based at one of the pubs in West London. 48 hours a week, mixture of shifts, and you will be paid overtime for any additional shifts. This is so exciting for someone who wants to grow and work at a mega influential pub, work with the coolest people in the industry and focus on produce led cooking.
