This brilliant, super sustainable East London-based catering company is going from strength to strength. Known for their creative, colourful, and seasonal menus, which are often veggie or vegan, their events range from 20 to 500 guests, and during a busy week there can be 15+ events.
As they continue to grow, they’re looking for a brilliant and hard-working Sous Chef who has experience running event services for up to 200 people. You’ll also need to be confident running prep shifts back at the CPK. From canapés to bowl food, weddings to sit-down dinners, this London-centric catering company does it all. With a busy autumn/winter period ahead, this candidate really needs to hit the ground running!
During the summer months there will be more weekend work, but for the rest of the year, events are generally Tuesday to Thursday, giving this role a good work-life balance. Sundays are almost always off.
