This new opening is set to launch in October. The AGM will support the lovely GM and the female Chef owner in training, developing, leading and taking great care of the team. You will need to be a caring, fun and outgoing person with a passion for service and know about and have a desire to create a great restaurant culture.
This restaurant will serve beautiful food, in a relaxed way but with a huge focus on detail, in a beautiful open plan dining room which suits the beautiful building in which it is housed. This is bound to get a lot of buzz over the launch period and we think will be a very exciting and hugely fun opening. They will be serving a wine list of cold climate wines, with a focus on female winemakers.
The restaurant will close each afternoon to ensure the team can sit down for the all important family meal and the perks will include a big focus on wellbeing and balance.
