This is a truly exciting one, the owners of one of the most highly regarded small restaurant groups in the Cotswolds is undertaking its largest opening yet. Set in a less rural location than their other spots this place will be unrelentingly busy and would be such an exciting move for a GM of an already large and bustling site.

The food offering here will be simple and focused on British classics done well with an emphasis on thoughtful sourcing. This place will be a very day-time focused operation with breakfast, lunch and afternoon tea with and no late dinners. The guests here are usually looking for a quick bite so there will be fewer leisurely meals and more focus on speedy and friendly service and plenty of turns.

The team here is mostly made up of locals who are used to managing the openings and closes but the location is super commutable so it would suit if you are travelling from London or the Cotswolds. The business will be taking over an existing site with a lot of the core team being retained as well. There is a strong management team in place that are super comfortable with the day to day so the GM role here will be really focused on team management, building a strong culture and leading commercially. This would suit someone entrepreneurially minded who is used to mega volume operations, managing a large team and overseeing all aspects of the operation.
