A wonderful restaurant group that we just love to work with, is opening their newest site in East London. They have the most gorgeous interiors, warmest vibe and this new site is going to be even more classic, even more trattoria style. They work with the best suppliers, the food is beautiful, the wine list is fantastic, and in general everything is just perfect here. Soon to be the best Italian restaurant in London. 

We are looking for a restaurant manager who adores hospitality and service, someone who has been in senior management before is a must. Confidence is vital, you will be the face of the restaurant. We are hoping for someone who is warm and nurturing, great at making guests feel like they are at home, in that classic Italian restaurant type of way. The wine list would be your responsibility, so a keen passion for natural wines, and Italian wine is necessary. Ideally you will have bought wine from the best London importers before, and be familiar with the special wines they sell.
