You will be the right hand to the Ops Director, responsible for making sure every day goes off without a hitch, providing oversight and support across all departments of this bakery. As well as a super busy grab and go offer this institutions serves delicious wholesome breakfast & lunch.
You’ll be highly organised, practical and approachable, capable of ensuring the smooth running of their main site. Their incredible focus is on traceability and ethics, together with their sense of community around food and drink which sets them apart.
You're passionate and knowledgeable about sustainability, coming up with ideas of how to keep improving. You'll inspire and support the team, implementing new structures, training and recognition programmes for each department. Your approachable, not afraid to get stuck in and are a brilliant communicator.
You're practical and able to troubleshoot technical / mechanical issues. You'll also assist the Ops Director with financial reporting, working on KPI's and identifying cost saving opportunities. Experience in a creative, problem-solving role within a hosp. environment is a must.
