• Brand new hotel and dining space opening in Kent this autumn. 
• Needs a HC to lead the kitchen and do justice to the beautiful Kentish produce they plan to serve.
• This small 9 bedroom hotel will serve food in the most beautiful setting imaginable, very cool design, playful branding and a lot of fun all round.
• The restaurant will open as much as you and the owner decide, he is happy to start with one or two days only until the buzz has spread around the area. 

This very exciting new project will launch this autumn in this seaside Kentish location. You will have the support of the owner, a PR team and the existing front of house management team. You will need to build a small team of your own and begin to create a produce first menu full of the sorts of food people want to eat, that changes with the seasons. Unlike many seasonal hotels, this is very much a winter spot too, with soft cosy furnishings and grand plans for winter menus etc, it will buck the local trend for quiet seaside winters. 

You should be an ambitious ahead chef or sous chef that would like to make a name for themselves and who is passionate about great food but also having fun with the style and not taking anything too seriously.
