• This business will launch with a bang and they need  an experienced leader to head it up. 
• A 9 bedroom hotel and restaurant, right by the sea
• The owner is looking for the whole package, someone to lead across all depts and build a team of hospo professionals. 
• You will have a lot of freedom over your time and your role, you just need to ensure the business is well ran and oragnised.

This would suit an experienced GM who has experience across either hotels and restaurant or a bigger restaurant business. You will need to launch this new space and take care of all of the food and drink operations, The owner, although not experienced in food and drink, is very successful and knows what great looks like and what he wants to achieve here. They are already booked up for brand photoshoots, retreats, whole venue book outs and celeb parties. We can see this place will be very exciting and they need a GM to lead it all.
