This exciting business will open it's doors this autumn and we are excited to help them find their Head Chef. The founders have previously ran a successful, respected hospitality business in the past and are turning their sites to Shoreditch. 

The Head Chef will have complete say over the offering providing they are able to use products and items from the deli, which the space will function as in the day. The deli will focus on selling products with provenance and a back story and wont just be the same as every provisions store you see so many of. The owners are very chilled, considered and realistic about the project and wants someone to head up the kitchen who has experience with all aspects of running a kitchen, building a team and creating great food. The food should suit the wine bar feel and will be a very exciting edition to the area and within our industry more generally.
