We are just thrilled to be working with these hospitality giants, such incredible names for our industry. We just know this collaboration between them both is going to be the biggest opening of the year. A very founder led business, still very much the heart and soul of the project, they opened not long ago and have found themselves with a huge cult following, and getting praise from everyone. The food is probs the best of its kind in Ldn, and its impossible to get a table, and they struggle to keep up with the demand, so this new site is a welcome addition and joined by Ldns favourite pub – a collaboration of dreams.

We are looking for a GM who is well established at running busy high volume pubs. You will come on board and implement all structure and systems, recruit and train the team, and be the face of this new spot. Its going to be busy, so really we need someone who can own the floor, and loves a bustling service, but also someone who is hot with a spreadsheet and knows about all things back office like a pro. Excellent opportunity to grow and adapt with the business, we need someone flexible and adaptable who is happy with trial and error, as you help this new site become the best pub in town. The owner is super hands on, and so you will get a chance to work with the founder, and advise when necessary.
