Small but perfectly formed venue from some of the best operators behind London’s buzziest restaurants. There are a couple of areas in service for the HC to oversee but mostly looking after guests dining at the counter. The place is small but it gets very busy and there’s always a great atmosphere from the team looking after you, to the open-kitchen and the playlist too! The food here is bold and heavily influenced by the wider Mediterranean with loads of cooking over fire so if you’re experienced at this that would be a real plus. There is an excellent development chef in the business that you would be working on the menu with and creatively, there is as much input as you would like up for grabs.

You’ll thrive in the midst of a busyness and you’ll love leading a team through buzzing and vibrant services but will also have a keen eye on their professional development. The guests love chatting with the chefs too so you won’t be shy when it comes to making menu recommendations or sharing cooking tips!
You’ll be responsible for every aspect of management behind the scenes, cost control, H&S compliance, team management etc. but there is support in the wider business if there are some areas of the HC role that you’re less experienced with. This role would really suit an existing HC of somewhere slightly smaller or a really experienced sous chef looking to step up. The restaurant is open 7 days a week so although no guaranteed days off there will be a lot more flexibility when it comes to managing your time and building the rota.
