We have been working with this ice cream and natural wine bar in a lovely leafy part of De Beauvoir since the beginning. Nestled in-between all the gorgeous homes on the street, they have recently opened a beautiful neighbourhood café & bar opposite serving incredible small-plates alongside a curated selection of natural wines. Now the goal is to expand their horizons and get the raved about ice cream into the world. Supermarkets, wine shops, delis, grocery stores, you name it. The world is your oyster. 

The right person will have worked in a sales or logistics role for a similar perishable product - ideally ice cream. You must have a good understanding of distribution and wholesale. You will be working on this from the ground up, so operational strength needed also.
