This exciting business opened a couple of years ago, and is already incredibly successful and so, of course, they are growing and expanding! They are due to open their newest site in Soho this year, and it is going to be as cool and well thought out as the previous. This will be home to some of London’s best pizza, and some really different dishes that you wouldn’t necessarily expect, all to go alongside some of our favourite gluggable natural wines, and kegged cocktails. Such a lovely supportive culture here already, we love working with these guys, they are genuinely gentle and caring owners who will really look after their team, and their growth.

We are looking for a GM to be the face of this new site. You must be happy with making decisions, but also with working alongside the founders who are really hands on. As this is a nice intimate spot at about 38 covers, and the owners are around a lot to support, a first time GM would be great also. We just need you to have been an AGM for 2 years prior, be hot with systems and implementing structure, and know your way around a P&L. A keen interest in natural wines, and good produce led food is also massively welcome :)
