This super exciting opening has already gathered serious plaudits and is now looking for a strong HC to take the reins as it continues to grow in scale and success. Fast gaining a reputation for excellence and with more exciting plans to come and very invested founders this is a really great opportunity to help build something from the ground up. You’ll be working with some of the best produce the UK has to offer to deliver fun-filled experiences for guests in buzzy, brasserie surroundings.
Already off to an excellent start you’d be taking charge of an established hit. The offering here is pretty varied and with several kitchen spaces to oversee you’ll be an experienced operator used to leading large teams and delivering at scale. You would be expected to spend 1 or 2 shifts on the administrative aspects of running this business each week with the rest of your time spent in service leading and inspiring the team.
There are a couple of seasoned sous chefs already on the team so you’ll have excellent support but will also be expected to be invested in their development too. The key to success in this role is being able to lead and inspire your team, kindness and empathy are a big deal here and they’re looking for a leader that loves to train and is committed to ensuring their teams are happy, engaged and challenged. Experience of high-end or Michelin kitchens would be a huge plus but by no means necessary.
