We are BIG fans of the owners who have insane creds in the arts world. Their creativity and spirit run through every part of the business, making this exceptionally beautiful restaurant something really quite special. The restaurants’ Head of Ops is undeniably one of the nicest humans around and their thoughtful approach to creating top tier company culture is second to none. They recently took the entire team abroad to visit one of the farms they are partnered with.
This mega restaurant space is design driven with brutalist architecture, art filled walls, chic interiors and one of the biggest outdoor terraces in central London. The food is seasonal rustic cooking at its best, no frills plating, and plenty of wood-smoked flavours. The drinks are centred around seasonal cocktails and an extensive wine list with a mix of low intervention natural wines and more classic styles. They pride themselves on their slick peer to peer service and they are looking for a Floor Manager to continue ensuring that the standard of service is always the best it can be. There is lots of structure and support, and this is a great opportunity to learn and progress amongst an excellent team of talented and passionate hospitality folk.
The restaurant is closed on Sundays and the role is 45 hours, you will always have two days off in a row and typically either work Tuesday - Saturday or Monday - Friday. Their weekday lunches are typically busy so this isn’t an evening heavy role.
