This wildly loved restaurant is looking for a Head Chef to lead the kitchen after an unimaginably successful first year or so. Cultural fit is important for this role as they need a warm, caring and compassionate leader to take the reins now. The credentials this restaurant has at such a young age is truly amazing and they want to maintain and grow on that.
You will have complete autonomy on the menu but naturally it must still fit within the bracket of Modern European. The produce genuinely is the best a person can get their hands on, and it’s up to you to do it upmost justice.
This role is a very exciting one and only would suit someone with big ambitions and high standards. Not necessarily Michelin already but certainly somewhere delivering a standard beyond the norm. Open lunch and dinner every day, this is a busy operation, but for that reason, does offer a good mixed rota for someone.
