As HC, you’ll be responsible for leading the team and running the kitchen in what is expected to be a very busy spot. You’ll work directly with the Operations team as well as the Exec Chef with a collaborative approach taken to menu development. The food is colourful, complex and exciting and is some of the best food in London, championing the best ingredients from the best suppliers.
  
You’ll be used to working collaboratively and thrive in busy and bustling kitchens. You’ll be responsible for leading the team, financial management and ensuring H&S compliance. You’ll love leading a team, particularly sharing your knowledge and fostering growth. Previous experience of opening a restaurant would be ideal but by no means essential. This has been one of the most talked-about openings of the year!
